- Essential — Your full annual heat pump service by a qualified engineer. Keeps your system efficient and your warranty valid.
- Standard — The annual service plus cover for parts.
- Premium — Our most popular level: the annual service with parts and labour cover combined, and reduced call-out charges.
- Ultimate — Total peace of mind: unlimited parts, remote tech support, priority booking
Why Regular Heat Pump Servicing Matters
A heat pump is a significant investment, and its efficiency drifts down over time if it isn’t maintained, which shows up on your energy bills. An annual service keeps it running at peak efficiency, catches small faults before they turn into costly breakdowns, extends the life of the system, and keeps your manufacturer’s warranty valid (almost all require annual servicing as a condition of cover).

Knowledgeable care that boosts performance
I had my Daikin air source heat pump serviced by ServiceMy, it was a fixed fee and the booking was straightforward. The engineer who came to my home was knowledgeable and professional. He checked all the components of the system, cleaned, tested and also ensured everything was done correctly to protect my warranty. He gave me advice on improving efficiently, and recommend remote monitoring which I will be getting installed. The service has definitely improved performance.
