Heat Pump
Service Plans

If your heat pump hasn’t been serviced in the last twelve months, it’s probably not working as hard as it should, and you may be quietly voiding your manufacturer’s warranty. ServiceMy is a dedicated heat pump servicing company: it’s all we do, across every domestic system type.

The right plan depends on the system you have, so the first step is to choose your heat pump type below. From there you’ll see the plans and exact pricing for your system. Starting from £249 a year, with monthly options available.

Choose Your Heat Pump System Type

Pick your system to see its service plans, what’s included and pricing:

Air Source Heat Pump Service

Service plans for monobloc and split air source heat pumps. From £249/year.

Ground Source Heat Pump Service

Service plans for ground source systems, including ground-loop and brine checks, from £299/year.

Hybrid Heating System Service

Combined service of your air source heat pump and gas boiler, from £329.

Levels of Cover

Whichever system you have, our plans come in four levels of cover. Choose your system type above to see the exact plans and pricing for each level.

  • Essential — Your full annual heat pump service by a qualified engineer. Keeps your system efficient and your warranty valid.
  • Standard — The annual service plus cover for parts.
  • Premium — Our most popular level: the annual service with parts and labour cover combined, and reduced call-out charges.
  • Ultimate — Total peace of mind: unlimited parts, remote tech support, priority booking
Reduce your bills and maintain system efficiency

What’s Included in a Heat Pump Service

Whatever your system, a ServiceMy annual service covers the essentials:

  • Confirming all heating and hot water programmes and parameters are set correctly
  • A detailed assessment of your system’s efficiency and performance
  • Inspection of key components and controls
  • Checking system pressures, flow rates and operating temperatures
  • Early detection of faults before they become expensive repairs
  • Updating your service records and validating your manufacturer’s warranty
  • A clear, plain-English report on your system’s health

System-specific checks (such as ground-loop and brine concentration on ground source, or the gas boiler on a hybrid) are covered on the relevant system-type page.

An excellent service

The engineer came at the time we had been informed. He was very polite and friendly and explained a lot about our system before he proceeded to service it. When he had finished he told us what he had done and then his report appeared on our email very quickly.
All in all a very good experience and we look forward to our service next year.

Helen Gibson, 5th May 2026

great service

I was a little bit sceptical at first because I learned about this company through a flier in the mail. After I called they were able to get an engineer out to me the next day. The whole team was very professional and friendly. Both Chris’s answered all my questions and were able to get our new heat pump up and running. They always tidied up after themselves as well.
