- Essential — Your full annual heat pump service by a qualified engineer. Keeps your system efficient and your warranty valid.
- Standard — The annual service plus cover for parts.
- Premium — Our most popular level: the annual service with parts and labour cover combined, and reduced call-out charges.
- Ultimate — Total peace of mind: unlimited parts, remote tech support, priority booking
Why Regular Heat Pump Servicing Matters
A heat pump is a significant investment, and its efficiency drifts down over time if it isn’t maintained, which shows up on your energy bills. An annual service keeps it running at peak efficiency, catches small faults before they turn into costly breakdowns, extends the life of the system, and keeps your manufacturer’s warranty valid (almost all require annual servicing as a condition of cover).

I was a little bit sceptical at first because I learned about this company through a flier in the mail. After I called they were able to get an engineer out to me the next day. The whole team was very professional and friendly. Both Chris’s answered all my questions and were able to get our new heat pump up and running. They always tidied up after themselves as well.
